Email is the primary contact channel for Sha Toolbox. There is no public support ticket system, account dashboard, or paid user area on the site, so please include enough context for the issue to be checked from the page itself.
Corrections
If a tool description, calculation explanation, policy page, or external link is outdated, include the page URL, a short explanation, and any reference that helps verify the correction.
Corrections that affect a calculation, privacy statement, safety warning, or policy wording are treated as higher priority than cosmetic wording changes.
Tool suggestions
New tools are considered when they solve a specific problem, can be calculated clearly in the browser, and can be explained without misleading users.
The most helpful suggestions include the situation, the inputs a user would enter, the formula or logic if known, and what result would make the decision easier. Suggestions that only say "add more AI tools" or "make a viral tool" are usually too vague to evaluate.
Privacy and policy questions
For privacy questions, include the page URL and describe what data flow or wording concerns you. For advertising or policy concerns, include a screenshot if the issue depends on page placement or navigation.
Sha Toolbox does not ask visitors to create accounts for normal calculator use, so most questions can be reviewed from the public page, the visible tool inputs, and the current privacy policy.
What Sha Toolbox does not accept
The site does not accept requests to add deceptive download buttons, misleading ad labels, unsupported affiliation claims, or calculators that encourage unsafe spending or guaranteed-outcome language.
